Vintage Juliana Turquoise Blue Rhinestone Filigree Brooch Earrings Set IIJJ#9392

A striking Vintage Juliana (DeLizza & Elster) brooch and matching ear climber-style clip earring set featuring vivid turquoise blue navettes, sparkling aqua and aurora borealis rhinestones, and wonderful dimensional gold-tone detailing.

One of the most distinctive elements of this set is the use of small dimensional filigree flower petals surrounding the aqua rhinestone flower centers. This same style of decorative filigree petal finding can be seen in a differently designed Juliana brooch illustrated on page 249 of Ann Pitman’s Juliana reference book. That documented design dates to 1963, providing an excellent comparison for this distinctive DeLizza & Elster component.

The large brooch is built in a layered floral arrangement with turquoise blue navettes surrounding ornate filigree flowers and clusters of AB rhinestones. The reverse displays figure 8's, a characteristic DeLizza & Elster construction detail.

The matching earrings have an elongated ear climber-style design, with three turquoise blue navettes rising above filigree flower centers accented with aqua and AB rhinestones.
