Refund & Return Policy

At Our Vintage Rose Jewelry, we take great care to accurately describe and photograph every piece in our collection. Because our items are vintage and pre-owned, we encourage you to review all photos and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn and unaltered. Please contact us at contact@ourvintagerosejewelry.com before returning any item to receive return instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Items that have been altered, resized, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was misrepresented or arrived damaged.
