Vintage Juliana Lion Fleur de Lis Watermelon Rhinestone Necklace Brooch Earrings Set IIJJ#9381

A spectacular newly identified Juliana (DeLizza & Elster) set combining bold figural elements with wonderful old-world styling.

The necklace is constructed with an ornate book-chain style gold-tone linkage and suspends a dramatic group of charms. At the center is a large fleur-de-lis accented with a glowing watermelon rhinestone, flanked by dimensional lion heads with faux pearl drops and openwork heart charms.

The lion-head components and the small heart components are particularly exciting, as both are forms found among pieces from Mr. DeLizza's personal collection, helping connect this previously unidentified set with known DeLizza & Elster components.

The matching clip earrings repeat the sculptural lion heads with elongated faux pearl drops. Completing the set is a separate fleur-de-lis brooch featuring the same richly textured gold-tone finish and brilliant watermelon rhinestone used in the necklace centerpiece.

The combination of the elaborate chain, figural lions, hearts, fleur-de-lis motifs and watermelon stones makes this an especially unusual Juliana design.
