A striking vintage Juliana by DeLizza & Elster brooch featuring a hematite rose cameo accented with long hematite navette stones and smoky gray rhinestone chatons.

The design rises dramatically above the central cameo in a double-stemmed leafy spray, with two slender rhinestone-set stems extending below. The combination of dark hematite navettes, gray chatons and silver-tone metal gives the brooch a sophisticated monochromatic look.

Construction details include cast stem elements and figure-8 components, both associated with DeLizza & Elster construction.

The exact brooch design is illustrated in the upper left corner of page 166 of Ann Pitman’s Juliana reference book, among the company’s hematite rose jewelry from 1966.
