Vintage Juliana Figural Guitar Blue Clear Rhinestone Brooch Pendant IIJJ#9413

An extraordinary and exceptionally large vintage Juliana (DeLizza & Elster) figural guitar brooch/pendant, sparkling with deep blue and clear rhinestones in an elaborate silver-tone setting.

At an impressive 5.25 inches long, this is a true statement piece. The guitar is outlined and heavily accented with brilliant clear rhinestones, while rich deep blue stones in multiple shapes create dramatic contrast throughout the body and headstock. Delicate S scrollwork fills the open areas of the design, adding another layer of detail to this unusually elaborate figural.

This is only the second example of this guitar design I have encountered. The other was a red colorway from Mr. Frank DeLizza’s collection, making this blue version an especially exciting find.

The piece is constructed as both a brooch and pendant, with a pin back as well as a pendant bale, allowing it to be worn or displayed in several ways.
