Vintage JONNE Silver Tone Apple Cascade Fringe Pendant Necklace

Unusual vintage JONNE silver-tone statement necklace featuring a dramatic cascade of dimensional apple drops.

The necklace is constructed with textured silver-tone links leading to a large ornate openwork centerpiece. Multiple articulated chains descend from the center and terminate in dimensional apples of graduated sizes, creating a bold moving fringe or cascade effect.

Each apple is cast with the JONNE name on the reverse.

I have been unable to locate another example of this particular apple cascade design, making it an especially unusual vintage JONNE necklace.

The apples are designed to move and naturally overlap when the necklace is worn rather than lie completely flat.

Necklace: approx. 21 inches long
Total center/drop section: approx. 7 inches

Condition: Very good vintage condition with normal age-related wear and patina. The clasp has a warmer metal tone than the rest of the necklace and may be a later replacement. Please review all photographs carefully for condition, construction and signatures.
