This striking vintage Juliana (DeLizza & Elster) cameo brooch pendant features an unusually detailed openwork cameo center surrounded by a rich fall-toned rhinestone setting. The carved-look cameo depicts a woman in profile and is framed with shades of topaz, amber, orange and deep brown, creating a dramatic layered effect.

Marquise and round rhinestones surround the oval centerpiece, while the ornate gold-tone setting adds dimension and richness. The open areas within the cameo itself give the piece wonderful depth and make the profile stand out beautifully. The reverse is fitted with both a pin back and pendant bail, allowing it to be worn either as a brooch or suspended from a chain.
