Vintage Juliana Black AB Rhinestone Brooch Book Piece IIJJ#5374

A dramatic Vintage Juliana (DeLizza & Elster) rhinestone brooch featuring a striking combination of deep black stones and brilliant Aurora Borealis rhinestones.

Measuring approximately 2.6 inches, the brooch is built around a large faceted black emerald-cut rhinestone, accompanied by a bold black round stone and numerous elongated skinny black navettes. An abundance of round AB rhinestones in several sizes surrounds and weaves through the black stones, creating flashes of blue, lavender, green and gold against the cool silver-tone setting.

The contrast is especially effective here—the nearly jet-black stones provide a dramatic backdrop for the colorful AB sparkle, while the varied stone shapes give the circular design wonderful movement.

The reverse shows characteristic figure 8's, providing additional DeLizza & Elster construction evidence.
